The Wild Circle COVID Update

In this sea of change it seems more important than ever to explore ways of feeling grounded, to find some calm, and some resilience. But we are very aware that the pandemic has not simply“gone away’ and are mindful of how that brings its own very real anxieties for all of us and how this unpredictable situation can impact the running of our retreats.

The guidelines and amended terms and conditions below are designed to help keep each one of us as safe as possible.

Additions to the Terms and Conditions

  • If you or someone in your social circle has been ill with covid 19 symptoms within 14 days of the start of the retreat please do not attend the retreat.

  • Only come if you are feeling healthy and well, and have not been experiencing symptoms related to COVID-19

  • Only come if you do not have someone vulnerable in your household or social bubble (the group of people with whom you have close physical contact).

  • Follow Government guidelines current at the time of the event with regards to public behaviour around COVID-19 (social distancing etc)

At the Wild Circle, we will commit to:

  • If Wild Circle have to cancel for Covid reasons alternative dates will be available.

  • If you have to cancel for Covid reasons alternative dates will be available to book for up to 18 months.

  • Most of the work including treatments (if the weather allows) will be outside.( A heated space for treatments is also available).

  • Social distancing respected during meal times, forest bathing practices and other interactions.

  • Hand washing and showering/bathing facilities available and washed down regularly.

  • Participants to bring own bowl, plate, mug, and utensils for meals.

  • Individual accommodation is available.

Massage and reflexology treatments:

  • All treatments will be preceded with a chat with the therapists to discuss exactly what kind of treatment you would prefer and any concerns you may have.

  • A shower before a treatment is advised.

  • Fresh sheets and all soft furnishings used in the treatments are changed between clients.

  • Treatment therapists will be wearing masks.

  • Treatments won't include facial treatments.

We have signed up to the 'Coronavirus Booking Guarantee' enabling you to book one of our beautiful Cornish Yurts with complete confidence. We guarantee the following clear policies for your booking:

🌟Balance due 30 days before your holiday
🌟Flexibility to move bookings for up to 12 months in the event of -lockdown restrictions changing

We hope this brings added reassurance at this time.

We have also undertaken additional steps to upgrade the shower, kitchen and handwashing areas to make it safer under the new guidelines adding a sauna and a new field kitchen yurt.
