THE MOVEABLE FEAST
Eight bowls by Deborah Mitchell and Eight wood blown glasses by Lolita Parslow
The Moveable Feast is a collaborative Art project about the land at Sunnybank Farm. It tells the story through objects made by different makers , inspired by or directly made from materials found on the land. Each series of objects represents a natural cycle.
It is made up of a round table with eight place settings representing the eight directions. The bowls represent the changing seasons and have been fired with glazes derived from ash from brash fires .
More information about this project and the artists and crafts people involved will be posted shortly.
